Watch The Darlings: Quarantine II Livestream

I miss going to shows. Connecting with a room full of strangers and friends who are all there to experience art that they truly believe in; so much so that they bought tickets and left their respective houses to be there. Concerts, DJ sets, dance performances, keynotes and drag, I miss it all.

I didn’t get a chance to join the first quarantine-friendly livestream presentation of The Darlings livestream and was so happy that they decided to record and upload the full performance to Vimeo for everyone to experience. The show was a beautifully imaginative blend of technology, circumstance and creativity exploring themes of isolation, separation, love, distance and intimacy.

Mark down April 26th on your calendar and set an alarm for 9pm PST so you don’t miss out on The Darlings: Quarantine II and consider donating $10 to the artists via e-transfer (thedarlingsdrag@gmail.com) or PayPal if you can. Check out their Facebook event page for more information and I’ll see you in the stream alright <3
